1. These terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. One person may hold one account.

3. What we sell

We sell education, market analysis and related services on a subscription basis. Prices are shown before you pay, and the one-off joining fee is shown as a separate line at checkout. We are not a broker and we do not hold client money for trading.

4. No financial advice

Nothing we publish is financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to trade. Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any decision you take is yours alone.

5. The affiliate programme

Commission is earned on genuine sales to real customers. Recruitment on its own earns nothing, and we make no promise that you will earn any particular amount — most participants in any affiliate programme earn little or nothing. Your position in the network is ours to administer, including placing you automatically where you have not been placed within the holding-tank window.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of your agreement without penalty and receive a refund of what you have paid, in line with your statutory rights. Where a refund is made, any commission it generated is reversed.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, a processing fee, and completed identity verification. All are shown to you before you request one. We may decline a withdrawal where verification is incomplete or where we suspect fraud.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that misrepresents our products or earnings when recruiting.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for trading losses, for lost profit, or for anything not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
