Who we are
AI Trading operates this site and the affiliate programme described on it. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. To reach us, use the details on our contact page.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, date of birth, country and address. We need these to create an account, to pay you, and to meet identity-verification obligations.
- Network position — who introduced you, and where you sit in the binary tree. This is inherent to how an affiliate programme works and cannot be removed while your account is active.
- Financial records — orders, wallet movements, commission and withdrawals. We are required to retain these.
- Identity documents — where you submit them for verification. They are stored outside the public web root and are readable only by you and by staff reviewing them.
- Technical data — the minimum needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and the pages you see make no requests to external services.
Who can see your details
Members above you in the network can see your name, the email address you registered with, and your position in the tree. They cannot see your address, telephone number, date of birth, wallet balance or order history.
How long we keep it
Financial and identity records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is generally several years after an account closes. Everything else is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, object to particular processing, or complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
We set only the cookies needed to sign you in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you are not asked to consent to any.
